It's a love poem sent in 1906 You may use the text & the card as you want to : since they are more than 70 years old they are in the public domain, but please send me a link so I can see it and fav it. This is an aproxiamtive translation, really not as good in english as in french, but it ll give you the major part of the meaning : When the ivy bonds with the tree From whom the axe can't separate it without it perishing It seems to say to those united by love The motto of the heart: I die or I chain My usual account :  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.  reports, 1d 19h agoThis newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and *Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. |
